Wipe is a very useful program that enables you to clear all Windows and Internet history from your computer, ensuring your protection against hacker attacks. This application successfully deletes all the Internet tracks that you leave behind while browsing and the traces of the recent activity from your computer.
By using this helpful utility, you have access to five deleting modes and an option to prevent other users from attempting to recover the deleted files. You can erase the autocomplete history, temporary files, browser cookies and crash reports, recent "Save To" directory history, DOM storage, etc.
A significant advantage of using Wipe is that, unlike other programs from the same category, this application shows you a complete list of entries from where you can select which ones you consider that they need to be removed/cleared.
One thing I don't like about using this cleaning tool is that, in order to have access to all deleting modes, you need to upgrade the program to Pro version. Even though its price is cheap, it's still an annoying aspect. Plus, the application lacks a built-in help guide.
To conclude, I find Wipe to be an excellent solution when it comes to protecting the privacy from your computer. Important data such as log-in details and bank account information will be impossible to be checked by unauthorized users.
